The Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (EHA) is an integrated, self-contained drive device that combines electric control and hydraulic power. Different from conventional separate hydraulic system actuators, this all-in-one unit integrates a motor, hydraulic pump, control valve block, oil tank, and intelligent control module into a compact structure. It converts electrical signals into stable and powerful hydraulic driving force to realize precise opening, closing, and modulating control of various valves.
Specially optimized for marine, offshore, petrochemical, and industrial harsh working conditions, the EHA features high output torque, fast response, stable operation, and zero external hydraulic pipeline layout. It effectively solves the problems of complex installation, oil leakage, and unstable pressure of traditional hydraulic actuators. With excellent shock resistance, vibration resistance, and salt spray corrosion resistance, it is the preferred intelligent drive solution for ship fluid control, offshore engineering equipment, and industrial pipeline valve systems.
